1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
a. Damaged or Defective Products
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- You provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof
b. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
c. Size Issues (Shoes Specific)
- Returns for size exchange are accepted within 7 days
- Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Trial should be done indoors only to avoid sole damage
d. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn footwear
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original box, tags, or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Shoe box must be intact (no tape or damage)
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Products failing quality checks may be rejected
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images/videos
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved:
- We will arrange a pickup or
- Ask you to ship the product to our address
After inspection, we will process a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Processing Time:
- 3–7 business days
Shipping charges are refundable only if:
- You received a damaged product
- Wrong item was delivered
5. Replacement / Exchange Policy
You are eligible for exchange if:
- Size does not fit
- Product is defective
Conditions:
- Replacement is subject to stock availability
- If unavailable, you may choose:
- Full refund
- Alternative product (price adjusted accordingly)
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- However, you can request a return after delivery
7. Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Send the product back to the customer in such cases
